A partial grant of $18,000.00 has been awarded by the Future Law Fund (LFFF) for the project, directed by Alain-Guy Sipowo, entitled ‘A virtual library of the rights of victims of crime for better access to law and justice’. This funding is granted for a period of one year, from 1 September 2024 to 31 August 2025, subject to the following conditions:

The final report, related documents and budget must be reviewed and approved by the LFFF Chair and submitted by 31 August 2025.
The report must mention the funding granted by the Law of the Future Fund.
The recipient retains copyright in materials produced with this grant, while allowing the LFFF to use these materials without payment or royalty. Any notification to potential publishers must include this clause.
Expenditure must be in line with the specified budget items, with no significant deviation without prior written approval from the LFFF Chair.
The project must be carried out as described in the application, completing the deliverables and identifying the proposed problems and solutions.
The grant will be paid in three instalments: 50% of the total approved amount will be paid by 30 September 2024, 30% after receipt and review of the interim report (due 15 March 2025), and the remaining 20% will be released after receipt and approval of the final report and associated documents (due 31 August 2025). The final payment will not be unduly delayed.

The LFFF would like to thank the beneficiary for submitting this application and wish them every success with this project.
