An experienced jurist and specialist in criminal law and criminology, he brings extensive and diverse expertise in financial management, administrative and financial auditing, labor law, the social security system in the DRC, employment contract regulations, administrative organization, recruitment and human resources management, payroll, taxation and para-taxation, NGO law and administration, relations with public authorities, migration, insurance, land affairs, management of judicial disputes, treasury management, child legal protection, police reform, and youth supervision.
He is supervised by Alain-Guy Tachou Sipowo.
His work focuses primarily on Congolese criminal law, security sector reform—particularly the national police and community policing—and the legal protection of children. He is also interested in criminological issues related to social dynamics, the ineffectiveness of environmental criminal law, and the interactions between judicial, police, and community institutions.
